EdgePicks is a sports analysis platform for informational picks, bankroll tracking, bet records and personal metrics. EdgePicks is not a sportsbook, does not accept deposits, does not process bets, does not manage user funds and does not guarantee profits.
Any decision made based on information shown by EdgePicks is the exclusive responsibility of the user. Picks, analysis and metrics are not financial advice and do not guarantee any result.
Users are responsible for verifying that any activity related to sports betting is legal in their country, state or jurisdiction. Access to EdgePicks does not authorize or recommend violating local laws.
EdgePicks may offer beta access and memberships according to the user market. In Mexico, EdgePicks offers recurring Monthly, 6-month and Annual plans charged through Mercado Pago inside the platform. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period while it remains active. Users may cancel future renewals from Membership; cancellation does not remove access for a period already paid for. When available for an active subscription, the recurring payment method may be updated from Membership. The Mexico automatic flow does not require a receipt upload for activation or renewal. In the USA, while an automatic checkout is not enabled for that market, monthly membership may operate through manual Zelle payment and receipt review. Current prices are shown before purchase or renewal.
Membership payments cover platform access only for the purchased period. Cancelling automatic renewal prevents future charges and does not revoke access already paid for before the end of the current period. Requests involving duplicate charges, payment errors, returns or refunds are reviewed according to the verifiable transaction status, the applicable payment-provider rules and applicable law. EdgePicks does not present membership payments as investments, betting deposits or guarantees of performance.
The platform may receive improvements, maintenance or feature changes. During beta, there may be adjustments, errors or temporary interruptions.
EdgePicks may offer, as a commercial membership courtesy, a limited access extension when the official monthly performance of EdgePicks official picks closes negative during an eligible period. This extension is not a profit guarantee, refund, reimbursement, insurance product, investment product, compensation for losses or guarantee of future results. Eligibility is determined only by EdgePicks official pick records, not by individual results, personal tickets, different stakes, parlays, odds taken by the user or decisions made on third-party operators.
