EdgePicks provides sports analysis, informational picks, bankroll and risk tools, personal history and records, educational content, membership features and support tools.

EdgePicks is not a sportsbook, does not accept deposits for wagering, does not process bets, does not act as a sportsbook agent, does not manage gambling funds and does not guarantee profits or sports outcomes.

You must be an adult and meet any minimum-age requirement that applies in your country, state or jurisdiction. If local rules require a higher age, the higher requirement controls.

You are responsible for determining whether you may use sports-betting information and conduct activities outside EdgePicks under applicable law. Platform access is not legal authorization to wager.

You must provide reasonably accurate information to create and maintain your account and protect your credentials. Do not share passwords or attempt to access accounts, administrative functions or third-party information without authorization.

EdgePicks may use access codes, usage limits, courtesy periods or other admission controls. An access code does not create a permanent right of access.

Picks, analysis, metrics, probabilities, exposure levels, educational content and Assistant responses are provided for informational purposes. None is a promise of outcome, financial advice, legal advice or a guaranteed recommendation for profit.

Sports, markets and odds can change. A pick can lose even when the analysis process was reasonable. You must independently evaluate any decision you make outside the platform.

Membership payments cover platform access only for the purchased period. Cancelling automatic renewal prevents future charges and does not revoke access already paid for before the end of the current period.

Requests involving duplicate charges, payment errors, returns or refunds are reviewed according to verifiable transaction status, applicable payment-provider rules and relevant obligations. EdgePicks does not present membership payments as investments, betting deposits or guarantees of performance.

EdgePicks may offer, as a commercial membership courtesy, a limited access extension when the official monthly performance of EdgePicks official picks closes negative during an eligible period and the current program rules are satisfied.

The extension is not a profit guarantee, refund, reimbursement, insurance product, investment product, compensation for losses or guarantee of future results. Eligibility is determined from EdgePicks official pick records and program rules, not from personal tickets or decisions made on third-party operators.

EdgePicks may display sportsbook names, reference odds, links or information from third parties. Unless expressly stated otherwise, this does not mean EdgePicks operates, controls or represents those third parties.

Accounts, funds, bets, identity checks, withdrawals and decisions made with an external operator are governed by that operator and applicable law.

EdgePicks may publish updates to features, limits, providers, design, prices, access rules or operational flows. Maintenance or temporary interruptions may also occur.

EdgePicks may limit, suspend or terminate access when necessary for security, fraud, abuse, violation of these terms, unauthorized use or applicable obligations.
